摘要
随着高等教育发展和改革的深入,高校教研项目的类别和数量也急剧增加。根据过程管理PDCA循环理论,对高校现行的教研项目管理流程各环节进行梳理。针对管理流程中项目策划阶段缺乏合理布局、实施阶段申报评审过程繁复、执行过程缺乏有效监督、研究成果实践推广性不强的问题,运用理论研究与实践相结合的研究方法,通过将项目组合管理理论和方法引入教学改革项目管理工作当中,进而对现行管理流程进行优化创新,并初步构建组合优选评分模型指标体系。根据项目生命周期理论,提出对教研项目实施全过程管理,以形成科学化的流程管理体系,为进一步提高教育教学质量、研究更高质量的教学成果及为教学服务提供支持与保障。
With the further reform and development of higher education,the type and quantity of teaching research projects have also increased sharply. Based on the theory of PDCA recycle,this paper sorts out the current procedure of management. The problems are that reasonable layout lacks in the planning phase,the application and reviewing are complicated in the implementation phase,effective supervision also lacks in the execution phase and the practice promotion of teaching achievements is poor. In this paper,the theory and method of portfolio management are used to teaching research project management. It optimizes and innovates the current procedure and works out the index system of score mode on the basis of portfolio management method. According to the life cycle theory,the project manage penetrates the whole project implementation. It forms scientific management system. This paper helps improve the quality of education,form higher quality teaching achievements,and support teaching service.
