中山市外科女性医护人员下尿路症状患病情况及其与职业紧张的关系

Prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms and its relationship with occupational stress among surgical female medical staff in Zhongshan City

目的调查中山市外科女性医护人员下尿路症状(LUTS)的患病情况及其职业紧张水平,探讨LUTS严重程度与职业紧张水平的相关性。方法 2017年2—8月,采用一般资料调查表、LUTS相关问卷以及职业紧张量表对中山市5家综合医院的360名外科女性医护人员进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 21.0对统计结果进行分析。结果 360名调查对象中,至少发生一种LUTS的有219人(60.87%)。年龄、分娩方式、是否便秘、盆腔手术史以及运动习惯是女性医护人员LUTS发生的影响因素(均P<0.05);LUTS量表的平均得分为15.58±3.91,以储尿期症状(尿急、夜尿、尿频)得分最高;患有LUTS的医护人员职业紧张水平高于非LUTS医护人员(P<0.05),且LUTS的严重程度与医护人员职业任务、个体紧张反应呈正相关(r=0.48、0.27,均P<0.01)。结论中山市外科女性医护人员的LUTS患病率高于普通职业女性。LUTS的严重程度与女性医护人员职业任务水平、个体紧张水平呈正相关。

[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms（LUTS） and the level of occupational stress among surgical female medical staff in Zhongshan City, explore the correlation between the severity of LUTS and occupational stress. [Methods] From February to August in 2017, a questionnaire survey was performed among 360 surgical female medical workers from five general hospitals in Zhongshan City with the basic personal information questionnaire, LUTS related questionnaire and occupation stress scale（OSI-R）. The statistical results were analyzed by the SPSS21.0. [Results] Among 360 respondents, 219（60.87%） have occurred at least one LUTS. Age, mode of delivery, constipation, history of pelvic surgery and exercise habits were important factors that lead to significant difference in LUTS incidence among female medical staff（all P〈0.05）. The average score of LUTS questionnaire was 15.58±3.91, and the score of urine storage symptoms（urinary urgency,nocturia and frequent micturition） was the highest. Occupation stress level in patients with LUTS was higher than that of medical personnel without LUTS（P〈0.05）. The severity of LUTS was positively correlated with occupational tasks and individual stress response among medical staff（r=0.48, 0.27, both P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The prevalence rate of LUTS among female medical staff in Zhongshan City is higher than that of women in general occupation. The severity of LUTS is positively related to the level of occupational tasks and the level of individual stress among female medical staff.
