糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病患者的最常见的并发症,其发病率呈现逐年增高的趋势,由于糖尿病周围神经病变发病率高且极易复发,家庭与社会的危害性日益增加,其预防和治疗护理面临巨大挑战。采取有效的护理干预,能够较好地控制糖尿病周围神经病变患者的病情发展。现将近几年糖尿病足的中西医护理新进展综述如下。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is the most common complication of diabetic patients, and the incidence shows a trend of increasing year by year. Due to the high incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and relapse easily, the danger for family and society increases, and its prevention and treatment nursing faces great challenges. Taking effective nursing intervention can better control the development of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. This paper reviews the new progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for diabetic foot.
