摘要
探索不同学制的高职教育是目前我国职业教育关注的方向之一。三年制和五年制高职是目前我国高职教育两种主要的办学学制,两者既有联系又有不同。本文从生源质量、人才培养方案、管理模式、就业质量等方面分析和思考两者的异同,为高职教育的科学发展提供思路。
It is one of the directions of vocational education in China to explore higher vocational education with different academic systems. Three-year and five-year higher vocational education are the two main academic systems of vocational education in China's higher vocational education. There are both similarities and differences. Analyze and consider the similarities and differences from the student source quality,personnel training program,management model,and employment quality,and provide ideas for the scientific development of higher vocational education.
