Through the investigation of the communication ability of graduates,analyze the various factors in the phenomenon of＂communication funnel＂. In the teaching practice,explore the effective workplace communication skills,cultivate students＇ team cooperation and communication ability,communication and expression ability,listening ability,and ability of understanding others and so on,to lay solid foundation for students to enter the workplace smoothly.
