Review and Prospect on Historical Studies of Peanut in China

中国花生史研究始于20世纪初,花生产地有中国原产论、美洲引进论两类,普遍认为历史上花生主要分两次由美洲传入中国,其中近代引种品种影响较大。史学界迄今对花生起源地的争议已基本形成共识,对花生在中国的引种、推广及其影响研究已取得有分量的学术成果,但仍存诸多不足。当前应转变研究思路,萃取相关学科理论与方法,从多维度层域推进花生史研究,构建一部立体全景的中国花生史。

The history of Chinese peanut study begin in the early 20th century.There are two views of peanut production： Chinese origin and American introduction. It is generally believed that the Chinese peanut has been introduced into by the Americans, of which modern species have great influence.The historical circles has reached a consensus about the controversy over the origin of peanuts. The research on the introduction, promotion and influence of peanut in China has gained some academic achievements, but there are still many shortcomings. At present, the study ideas should be changed. In combination with theories and methods of extraction of relevant disciplines, from the multidimensional layer to promote the study of peanut history and build a comprehensive Chinese peanut history
