摘要
青浦污水处理厂一二期工程建成年代久远,现状出水标准已远远不能满足现今日益严格的排放标准要求,因此亟须进行提标改造。该次提标改造采用MBR工艺,确保稳定达到提标要求。该工程还充分利用现状二期闲置这一条件,巧妙地在有限用地内新建全规模处理设施,可做到对现状一期工程基本无影响,并释放出大量富余用地。介绍了现状污水处理厂提标改造过程中的难点应对、总体思路、工艺流程和主要工艺设计参数。最终项目达到了良好的预期目标并节约了土地资源,为国内类似污水厂提标改造工程提供了新思路。
The project Phase I and Phase II of Qingpu Wastewater Treatment Plant was built up for years.Its present effluent standard is far from meeting the increasingly stringent discharge standards. Therefore,the upgrading reconstruction is urgent. The MBR technology is used for this upgrading reconstruction project to ensure the stability and reach the upgrading requirements. The present spare Phase II is fully used in this project. The full-scale treatment facilities are newly and skillfully constructed in the limited land.This construction can basically not influence the present Phase I. And a large number of surplus lands are released. The article introduces the difficulty countermeasures, overall thinking, technological process and main technical design parameters in the upgrading reconstruction of the present wastewater treatment plant(WWTP). The final project achieves the good expected goal and saves the land resource, which provides the new thinking for the upgrading reconstruction projects of the similar WWTP in China.
