摘要
为解决桥梁曲线匝道段钢梁桥面容易出现疲劳开裂和铺装损坏等问题,采用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为桥面铺装来代替传统的沥青铺装。该工艺能显著提高桥面铺装与钢梁面的结合性,大幅提升桥面整体刚度,从而极大降低桥面在长期重载作用下发生疲劳破坏的可能性。主要介绍该工艺的原理及其具体施工工艺等,为后续类似工程提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of easy fatigue cracking and paving damage of steel beam deck in curved ramp section of bridge, the ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC) is used as the deck pavement to replace the conventional asphalt pavement. This technology can obviously improve the associative property of deck pavement and steel beam pavement and greatly improve the integral rigidity of the deck so as to greatly reduce the fatigue damage possibility of deck under the long-time heavy load action. The article mainly introduces the principle of this technology and its detailed construction technology in order to provide the reference for the similar projects.
