近泵站高水位急流通水大口径混凝土管内衬双胀环修复技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前我国地下管网已进入了更新修复期。地下排水管网的改造及更新是重点,也是难点。同时泵站结合管网的改造既要不影响城市功能、不破坏道路环境,又要使老旧管道及时得到修复保护通水。现结合张家浜雨水泵站新建工程Y1井"骑马井"φ2400通水原位保护施工难点,对近泵站高水位急流通水大直径混凝土采用内衬双胀环修复技术,提出了相应接缝止水施工办法。确保了施工期间老管的正常通水运营,保证了工程安全。 At present, the underground pipeline network has come into the renewal repair period in China.The reconstruction and renewal of underground drainage pipeline network are important and also difficult. At the same time, the reconstruction of pumping station together with the pipeline network will not affect the city function and destroy the road environment, also make the old pipelines repaired in time to ensure the water conveyance. Combined with the construction difficulties of ensuring the original water level of 2 400 water conveyance of the new engineering Y1 "horseback riding well" in Zhangjiabang Rainwater Pumping Station,the lining double expansion ring repair technology is used for the large diameter concrete pipe at the high water level of pumping station under rapid water conveyance. The relevant joint stop water construction method is proposed to ensure the normal water conveyance of old pipelines during the construction and to guarantee the safety of the project.
