摘要
顶管施工中,顶管进洞是一个关键控制点,存在着风险,尤其是在水文地质条件复杂多变、覆土较深、地下水位高、流砂地层的情况下,如何安全有效、经济合理地使顶管进洞是值得研究的课题。结合南京洪武路污水主干管工程实践,介绍了顶管水下进洞施工技术的应用,提出了顶管在深覆土、高水位、流砂层中进洞的一种施工技术措施,并分析了水中进洞方案的实施要点。实践证明该技术有效规避了常见的工程事故,可以作为一种有效的解决措施加以应用。
In construction of pipe jacking, the pipe jacking tunneling is a key control point with the risk.Especially in conditions of the complicated and changeable hydrogeology, deeper earthing, high underwater level and quicksand stratum, how to make the pipe jacking tunneling safe, effective, economic and reasonable is a worth study topic. Combined with the practice of Nanjing Hongwu Road Sewage Trunk Pipe Project, the article introduces the application of the pipe jacking underwater tunneling construction technology, proposes a construction technique of pipe jacking tunneling in deep earthing, high water level and quicksand stratum,and analyzes the implementation essential of underwater tunneling scheme. The practice shows that this technique can effectively evade the common engineering accidents and can be regarded as an effective solving measure for application.
