近年来,土木工程领域互联网技术的应用被大范围推广与实施,数字化管理在工程施工中的应用较为突出。利用数字化的精确、高效的特点,结合淞沪路-三门路下立交工程实例,对数字化管理进行深度探究和应用,研究了施工过程中人员、设备及现场流程的数字化管理方法。采用数字化管理后,有效降低了安全事故发生率,有效促进了精细化管控,提升了管理水平,为今后类似工程提供了数字化管理的宝贵经验。

In recent years, the internet technology of civil engineering field is widely applied and implemented. The application of digital management is more highlighted in engineering construction.According to the characteristics of digital accuracy and efficiency, and combined with the case of Songhu Road-Sanmen Road Interchange Project, the article further studies the application of digital management,and studies the digital management method of personnel, equipment and field technological process in the construction. The use of digital management efficiently reduces the safety accident rate, effectively promotes the refining management and control, and improves the management level, which provides the valuableexperience of digital management for the similar projects.
