鉴于传统的工程管理思维在工程价值观、目标体系、管理定位等方面的局限性,提出了工程管理系统思维的概念:从工程系统整体出发,通过贯穿工程全寿命期的管理活动实现工程全寿命期整体最优的目标。工程全寿命期管理是工程管理系统思维的管理理论和工程实践体现,是在全面把握工程全寿命期的系统规律的基础上,通过将工程管理的全部要素在全寿命期的维度上整合集成,力求实现工程全寿命期系统最优化的目标的新的管理模式。

In view of the limitation of the conventional engineering management thinking in the engineering values, objective system and management orientation, the article puts forward the concept of engineering management system thinking to realize the overall optimal goal of engineering lifecycle through the management activity throughout the engineering lifecycle from the engineering system as a whole. The engineering lifecycle management is the management theory and engineering practical embodiment of engineering management system thinking, and is the new management mode of striving to realize the optimized goal of engineering lifecycle system through the integration of all elements of engineering management in dimensionality of lifecycle on the basis of fully mastering the system law of engineering lifecycle.
