GTQZ型可调节高度的钢支座研究

摘要 全预制装配化桥梁由于梁和墩存在制造误差,墩的标高不能统一,采用常规支座不能消除误差,部分支座可能脱空,造成各支座受力不均。严重时局部支座由于受力过大而造成损坏,进而引起桥梁的损坏。因此,需要研究一种可实现无极调整高度的支座来适应全预制装配化桥梁。 The pier elevations of full-prefabricated assembled bridge cannot be unified because of the manufacturing error in the beam and pier. The use of conventional support cannot eliminate error. Some supports possibly take off empty to cause the uneven stress of supports. In severe cases, some supports are damaged by reason of too big stress so as to cause the damage of bridge. Therefore, it is required to study a practicable infinite adjustable-height support to adapt the full-prefabricated assembled bridge.
