摘要
目的了解高职护生参与情景剧视频教学法后的真实体验,为优化该教学方法提供借鉴。方法采用目的抽样法,选取上海城建职业学院2015级10名护生为访谈对象。采用质性研究中的现象学方法对资料进行整理分析。结果在情景剧视频制作过程对学生的影响方面,提炼出5个主题:加深对疾病的认识、提高自主学习能力、激发想象力、促进团队合作能力、锻炼沟通能力。在应用情景剧视频开展教学对学生的影响方面,提炼出5个主题:期待情景剧视频教学形式、营造轻松活跃的学习氛围、提高课堂学习的效率、提高对知识点的掌握程度、通过对比反思促进改进。在学生对情景剧视频的建议方面,提炼出3个主题:分组人数的优化和组内分工的明确性、视频制作标准的统一性、考核方式的统一性。结论情景剧视频教学法能有效提高教学效果,同时该教学方法存在改进空间,需要进一步完善。
Objective To investigate the experience of higher vocational nursing students after receiving the sitcom video teaching method (SVTM), and to provide guidance for further development of SVTM. Methods Focus group interview was used to investigate 10 nursing students of grade 2015 in Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College according to purposive sampling. The phenomenology method was used to analyse data in this qualitative study. Results There were five extracted themes regarding making sitcom video including: deeper understanding of diseases, improved self-learning ability, stimulated imagination, promoted teamwork spirit, and better communication skills. Five themes regarding the application of SVTM in teaching were summarized, including expecting SVTM, creating a relaxed and active learning atmosphere, improving the efficiency of classroom learning, improving knowledge acquisition, and promoting the development through contrast reflection. Three themes regarding students' suggestions of SVTM were extracted including optimizing the team grouping and task assignment, improving the uniformity of video standard and evaluation methods. Conclusions SVTM can help improve the teaching efficiency in higher vocational nursing students but need further development.
