我国台湾地区老年人护理延伸服务发展及借鉴启示

Development and reference inspiration of extended service of aged care in Taiwan

我国台湾地区于20世纪90年代步人老龄化社会，老年人口数量不断增加，慢性病及失能患者护理服务需求上升，推动台湾地区护理延伸服务快速发展。本文通过对台湾地区老年人社会福利资源的运用、医院的护理延伸服务发展、中期照护服务、长期照护服务等内容进行总结分析，对老年人护理延伸服务发展现状进行剖析，提出大陆地区医疗机构需逐渐完善医院社区转接工作，政府加大对老年人养老机制的改善，增加社会服务人员等方面进行改善，以满足出院患者及长期居家照护患者需求，推进护理延伸事业的发展。

The Taiwan of China has stepped into aging society in the 1990＇s with the number of the aged keeping increasing. Moreover, the rise in demand of nursing service for patients with chronic disease and disability promote the rapid development of nursing extended service in Taiwan of China. This article summarized and analyzed the application of social welfare resource of the aged, development of hospital nursing extended service, mediuin-term care service, long-term care service and so on in Taiwan as well as the current situation of nursing extended service of the aged. Besides, this paper proposed that medical institution of China's Mainland need gradually improve hospital-community transit working, government increase the improvement of endowment mechanism for the aged and the number of social service personnel so as to satisfy the need of discharged patients and patients with long-term home care service and advance the career development of nursing extended career.
