人性化护理模式在老年烧伤患者护理中的效果观察

Obseve of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode in the Nursing Intervention of Elderly Patients with Burn

目的：观察在老年烧伤患者的护理干预中采取人性化护理模式的应用效果分析。方法：将在我院烧伤科2015年12月-2016年12月时期收治的79例老年烧伤患者采取常规烧伤后护理设置为对照组。将2017年1月-2018年1月期间我院开展个性化护理模式，收治的另83例老年烧伤患者设置为观察组。将2组老年患者住院期间不良事件发生率、对护理的满意度调查与护理前、后生活质量调查评分。结果：治疗期间观察组不良事件发生率为2．40％，对照组为16．46％，护理后2组患者的生活质量均有所改善，其中观察组明显优于对照组，观察组满意率高达100％，对照组为75．95％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：在老年烧伤患者的护理中，采取人性化护理模式，可明显减少患者在住院期间发生的不良事件几率，改善护理后患者的生活质量，提高患者对护理的满意度，拉近护患关系，值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the application effect of humanized nursing mode in the nursing intervention of elderly patients with burn. Methods： 79 burn patients in the burn department in our hospital from December 2015 to December -2016 were selected as the control group. In January 2017, the individualized nursing model was carried out in our hospital, and 83 cases of elderly burn patients were set up as nursing group in （January, January 2017 -2018 ）. The incidence of adverse events in the two groups of elderly patients during hospitalization, the satisfaction survey of nursing and the quality of life before and after nursing were evaluated. Results ： during the treatment, nursing group the incidence of adverse events was 2.40%, 16.46% in the control group, two groups of patients after the treat- ment of the quality of life were improved, the nursing group was significantly better than the control group, nursing satisfaction rate was as high as 100%, 75.95% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： in the nursing of elder- ly burn patients, take the humanized nursing mode, can significantly reduce the patients with adverse events occurring during hospitaliza- tion rate, improve the quality of life of patients with nursing care, improve patient satisfaction with nursing care, closer relationship be- tween nurses and patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
