摘要
承接智能化项目,实现客户、公司双满意,达到利润最大化是智能化企业实现企业利润最大化的主要手段,而深化优化则是达成这一目标的重要方法之一。所谓深化,是指做好项目范围管理,执行好原合同,通过最优的成本管理实现合同及招标文件所规定的功能;优化是指提出优于原合同目标的方法与措施,做好项目范围管理,在提升项目品质的同时提升项目利润空间,最终实现客户、公司双满意的目标。
It is one of the most important methods to achieve this goal to carry on the intelligent project to realize the double satisfaction of the customer and the company, and to maximize the profit maximization of the intelligent enterprise.
