对标国际先进水平 加快我国现代服务业发展

十九大报告指出:"我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,正处在转变发展方式、优化经济结构、转换增长动力的攻关期,建设现代化经济体系是跨越关口的迫切要求和我国发展的战略目标。"建设现代化经济体系的核心是建立现代产业体系。当前,我国经济结构已经发生了巨大变化,服务业占GDP的比重和对经济发展的贡献均超过第二产业。在城镇化水平提高、居民消费持续增加、制造业转型升级的背景下,服务业占比不断上升给现代化经济体系建设带来广泛影响。因此,对标国际水平,加快发展高质量的现代服务业对于推动我国现代化经济体系建设具有重要意义。
