新时代京津冀文化产业协同发展刍议

党的十九大报告规划了中国发展的宏伟蓝图,为中国的发展指明了方向。文化产业集知识、技术和资本于一身,在发展城市集群和区域经济、提升文化软实力方面具有重要的意义。京津冀协同发展作为区域经济发展的重要内容之一,已上升到国家战略的高度,越来越引起人们的关注与重视。梳理京津冀文化产业发展的脉络,解决市场体系不完善、区域发展不平衡、产业协同不顺畅、专业人才短缺等诸多问题,是京津冀协同发展成败的重要因素。本文旨在从深化改革和推进京津冀一体化的战略高度,对京津冀的文化产业体系、文化产业对接、人才培养引进及产业文化传播等方面进行阐述,以期厘清各方面的关系,为京津冀协同发展提供助力。

It is an important factor for the success of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei co-development that combing the context of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural industry, addressing the problems of imperfect market system, unbalanced regional development, unsmooth industrial cooperation, and shortage of professionals.
