摘要
随着计算机、智能手机逐渐成为我国民众标配,"互联网+"理念对我国各行业产生的影响也在不断提升,现代企业日渐重视人力资源管理、人力资源网络化管理探索大量开展均源于这种影响。基于此,本文简单分析了"互联网+"催生的现代企业人力资源管理变革,并详细论述了基于"互联网+"的现代企业人力资源网络化管理策略建议,希望能够为相关业内人士带来一定启发。
With the development of computer, smart phone has become the standard distribution of Chinese people, and the influence of the concept of "Internet" on the various industries in our country has been increasing, and modern enterprises are paying more and more attention to human resource management.The extensive exploration of human resources network management comes from this kind of influence.
