摘要
地铁工程项目建设周期比较长,投资总金额相对比较高,地铁施工在实际工程成本产生中占据着较大比重。基于此,文章对地铁工程项目施工过程成本控制与管理中存在的问题及对策进行了分析探讨,进而构建有效的成本控制和管理体系,以期提升企业经济效益。
The construction period of subway projects is relatively long, and the total investment amount is relatively high. Subway construction occupies a larger proportion in the actual project cost. Based on this, the article mainly analyzes anti discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the construction process cost control and management of subway projects, and then constructs an effective cost control and management system and promotes the economic benefits of the company.
