城市工业项目规划管理中的问题分析与对策初探——以淄博市张店区为例

本文在调研淄博市张店区工业项目规划管理中存在的问题的基础上,借鉴其他城市的管理经验,探索应对对策,以完善项目管理程序、职责分工、管理权限,提高工业项目规划管理的效率,促进城市经济发展,突显规划的引控作用。

Based on the investigation of problems existing in the planning and management of industrial projects in Zhangdian District of Zibo City, this article draws lessons from the management experience of other cities and explores countermeasures to improve project management procedures, division of responsibilities, management authority, and improve industrial project planning and management. The efficiency promotes the economic development of the city and highlights the role of planning and control.
