摘要
目的探讨胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)患者体内睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)变化及与卵巢体积(OV)的相关性。方法根据是否存在胰岛素抵抗,将188例PCOS患者分为胰岛素抵抗组(PCOS-IR组,HOMA-IR≥2.69)和胰岛素非抵抗组(PCOS-NIR组,HOMA-IR〈2.69)。检测两组患者的T、LH、FSH、LH/FSH和OV水平。结果PCOS-IR组的T、OV、LH/FSH水平均显著高于PCOS-NIR组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);T、LH/FSH均与OV呈显著正相关(r=0.272、0252,P〈0.05);以LOV为因变量,T、LH、FSH、LH/FSH、HOMA-IR为自变量的线性回归分析结果显示:T、LH/FSH水平为OV的危险因素。结论胰岛素抵抗PCOS患者体内T上升,OV增大,LH/FSH下降,T、LH/FSH均与OV呈显著正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of testosterone ( T ) , luteinizing hormone (LH) , follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ) and the ovarian volume ( OV ) in patients with insulin resistance polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) . Methods According to whether there was insulin resistance, 188 cases of PCOS patients were divided into insuhn resistance group (group PCOS- IR, HOMA-IR ≥2.69) and non insuhn resistance group (group PCOS-NIR, HOMA-IR〈2.69) . The levels of T, LH, FSH, LH/FSH and OV were detected in two groups of patients. Results The levels of T, OV and LH/FSH in group PCOS-IR were significantly higher than those in group PCOS-NIR, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; T and LH/FSH were positively correlated with OV ( r=0.272, 0.252, P〈0.05 ) ; the OV as the dependent variable, T, LH, FSH, LH/FSH and HOMA-IR as independent variables linear regression analysis the results showed that T and LH/FSH levels were the risk factors of OV. Concinsion The increase of T in the patients with insulin resistance PCOS, T increases, OV increases, LH/FSH decreases, T and LH/FSH are positively correlated with OV.
