摘要
以某款自主开发的车型为研究对象,基于原始车型的数据及开发车型的目标参数在Adams中搭建多体动力学模型,进行前、后悬挂系统的K&C及整车的动力学分析;同时对骡车进行K&C台架试验,得出骡车的实际K&C性能数据。然后对比研究仿真数据和试验数据,依据对比结果不断优化仿真模型直至仿真数据与试验较高程度地拟合。通过K&C性能的仿真和试验分析来指导悬架设计,找出该车型在悬架设计上可能存在的问题和缺陷,给出修改建议和改进方案,为后期的底盘调试及性能优化提供理论支持。
In this paper, a self-developed vehicle is used as the research object. A multi - body dynamics model is built in Adams based on the data of the original model and the target parameters of the development mode. The K&C performance of the front and rear suspension system and the dynamics of the whole vehicle are analyzed. Meanwhile, the K&C test is carried out for the mule car to get the actual K&C performance data, and the simulation data is compared with the bench test data. The model is optimized until the simulation data and the test data are fitted in a high degree. By K&C performance simulation and test analysis, the possible problems and defects are found out in suspension for the development model, and modification suggestions and improvement plan are offered, providing the theoretical basis for the chassis debugging and performance optimization.
