摘要
热喷涂Ni基金属陶瓷涂层具有耐磨损、耐高温和耐腐蚀等优良性能,已被广泛应用于零件的修复,但是由于涂层中的气孔、微裂纹等微观缺陷较多,结合强度较低,在恶劣的环境中适应性较差。重熔处理可以提高此类涂层界面的结合强度、耐磨性及耐蚀性能,延长其使用寿命。介绍了每种Ni基金属陶瓷热喷涂层的重熔处理方法、性能和结构组织,指出了重熔处理存在的一些问题,并给出了未来研究的展望。
Thermal sprayed Ni based cermet coatings have been widely used in surface repair of machine parts, owing to their high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. However, due to the defects of micro- porosity and micro- cracks in Ni based cermet coatings, as well as low bonding strength, the cermet coatings present less adaptable in harsh environments. Remelting treatment can improve the bonding strength of the interface, improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and prolong the service of the life. In this paper, several remelting treatment methods as well as performance and characteristics on thermal spraying coatings were introduced. Finally, some problems existing in the remehing process were discussed, and the forecasts were further put forward.
