摘要
对某柴油加氢装置高压换热器热电偶管嘴开裂原因进行了系统的测试与分析,包括宏观分析、成分检测、金相组织分析、断口及EDX分析等,对开裂原因进行了讨论,并针对失效原因提出了相应的建议措施。
A series of tests were carried out on the cracking of thermocouple nozzle on high pressure heat exchanger, including macro- inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, fracture topography and EDX analysis and so on. Based on the test results, the failure reasons were discussed. Besides, the proposed control measures were also listed.
