天然植物提取檀香木油的成分分析及理化表征

摘要 檀香木材是国际公认的天然高级精油的主要来源,其檀香木油是木材中的主要成分,具有镇静、抗皮肤干燥和缓解普通炎症的作用。本文对融冻微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取的檀香木油进行成分分析,结果显示其有效成分为Z-α-檀香醇和Z-β-檀香醇,并对其香气、色泽、相对密度和旋光度四个理化指标进行检测,指标均达到檀香木油国际标准。 Sandalwood wood is internationally recognized as the main source of natural high grade essential oils. Its sandalwood oil is the main component in wood, which has the functions of sedation, anti skin dryness and relieving general inflammation. In this paper, the sandalwood oil component of thawing microwave assisted extraction steam distillation is analyzed, which the effective components are Z- alpha santalol and Z- beta santalol. At the same time, we tested the four physical and chemical indexes of its aroma, color, relative density and optical rotation. The test results are up to the international standard of sandalwood oil.
