摘要 液压系统是整杆式甘蔗收割机的核心动力装置,为实现优化设计,分析简单单独控制系统和简单集成控制系统的特点,并提出优化集成控制方案。简单单独控制系统使用和维护都相对简单方便,但系统集成度低,动力和传动结构多且庞大,也增加了设备重量和成本,液压系统的管路较为复杂,系统发热严重,综合效果不太理想;简单集成控制系统系统集成度好,但小负载器件的功率因数低,其中扶蔗机构的功率因数低至26.7%,系统发热量大;优化集成控制系统系统集成度好,通过设置增速器,将扶蔗机构的功率因数提升至92%以上,具有较好的综合效果。 The hydraulic system is the core power device of the whole rod type sugarcane harvester.In order to optimize the design,the characteristics of the simple control system and the simple integrated control system are analyzed,and the optimized integrated control scheme is put forward.The use and maintenance of simple and separate control system are relatively simple and convenient,but the system integration is low,the power and transmission structure are large and large,and the weight and cost of the equipment are increased.The pipeline of the hydraulic system is more complex,the system has a serious heating and the comprehensive effect is not ideal;the system integration of the simple integrated control system is good,but it is small negative.The power factor of the device is low,among which the power factor of the sucrose cane mechanism is as low as 26.7%,the system has a large calorific value,and the integration degree of the optimized integrated control system is good.By setting up the speed increase device,the power factor of the sucrose cane mechanism is raised to more than 92%,and it has a good comprehensive effect.
