摘要
野生橡子作为橡子粉丝的淀粉原料,为提高淀粉色度,提取淀粉前需要进行剥壳处理,并去包衣。为解决当前市面剥壳机破壳后只剥壳难去包衣的难题,基于野生橡子坚果的物理特性,设计破口前处理、螺旋推进撞击脱壳、摩擦去包衣后处理的三步法创新工艺程序,完成橡子剥壳机的设计。完成样机的结构和主机电控系统的设计,该剥壳机主要包括前置破口刀具、后置去包衣螺旋推进器等机械零部件。该机实际生产表明:坚果剥壳生产率可达到250~350kg/h,剥净率≥96%,破损率≤5%,可一次完成剥壳及去包衣,作业性能良好。
The wild acorn is used as the starch material of acorn vermicelli.For improving the chroma of the starch,it is necessary to shell and deal with the coating of the acorn nuts.Based on the physical characteristics of wild acorn nut,a three step process program was designed.The structure of the prototype and the design of the electronic control system of the main engine are given.The sheller mainly includes the pre-breaking tool,the spiral propeller and other mechanical parts.The actual production of the machine shows that the productivity of the nut shelling can reach 250-350 kg/h,the peeling rate is more than 96%,the damage rate is less than 5%,and the shell and coating removal can be completed once and the performance is good.
