摘要
通过对封切丝通电受热变形的研究,利用UG NX建立封切丝钼材料有限元模型,对封切丝封合过程中的位移形变仿真,分析封切丝位移及位移的变化规律,并对其机构进行研究及改进,在封切丝末端增加弹簧拉力,对封切丝受热时的变形进行线性约束,并作有限元分析仿真,得到合理设计参数。结果表明,结构的改进能够提高封切机构的封切性能,确保包装对象的包装质量,满足实际生产及作业要求,对热收缩膜包装机的设计具有一定意义。
Through the research of the sealing and cutting wire electric heating deformation,finite element model of molybdenum materials for sealing and cutting wire was established by using UG NX.The displacement deformation of the sealing and cutting wire in the process of sealing was simulated.It was analyzed of the sealing and cutting wire displacement and the change regularity of displacement.It was studied and improved its organization.Increasing the spring tension at the end of the sealing and cutting wire,it was linearly constraining the deformation of the sealing and cutting wire when heated.It was simulated by finite element analysis to get the reasonable design parameters.The results show that the structure improvement can improve the sealing and cutting performance of sealing and cutting machine structure,ensure the quality of the packing of the object,meet the requirement of practical production and operation,and the design of heat shrinkable film packaging machine has a certain significance.
