摘要
为提供一种快速、简单的水肥溶液中磷元素浓度测定方法,对光电比色法进行研究,分别对该法的测定条件、特点、范围进行试验,结果表明,在波长450nm显色2~3min后呈现色阶,线性度较好,因此光电比色法可以应用于水肥溶液中磷元素的测定,且具有快速、稳定、操作简单等优点。
Photoelectric colorimetry has been studied to provide a kind of method for simple and quick measuring phosphorus in the water solution.Experiments have been done respectively for the measure condition,characteristic,scope of the method.The result indicates that at wavelength 450 nm,after color rendering for 2-3 min,the method appears better color gradation and degree of linearity.Therefore,photoelectric colorimetry can be applied in the measure of phosphorus in water-fertilizer solution and the method has the advantages of quickness and stablilization,simpleness of operation,etc.
