摘要
食品用贴体包装是真空包装形式的一种,具有保鲜、护色、保护食品液相、增加物料展示直观性的特点。通过对简单裹膜包装、传统真空包装、气调包装的特点及不足进行分析,引出食品用真空贴体包装的技术特点及优势,对现有食品用真空贴体包装设备及关键部件进行分析,总结相关问题,提出该领域未来的研究发展方向。
Skin packaging for food is a form of vacuum packaging,which has the characteristics of preserving freshness,protecting color,protecting the liquid phase of food and increasing the display of materials.Through analyzing the characteristics and shortages of film overwrapping,conventional vacuum packaging and modified atmosphere packaging,the technical characteristics and advantages of food vacuum packaging are introduced.The existing vacuum packing equipment and key components of food are analyzed,and the related problems are summarized,putting forward the future research and development direction of this field.
