进境邮寄物检疫工作执法规范性研究

本文对当前邮寄物检疫工作中的行政处罚、列入社会诚信系统、处置截获禁止进境物等执法行为的法理依据进行了梳理,分析了存在的问题,对其合法性进行了探讨和研究,并对规范邮寄物检疫执法行为提出了建议,为邮寄物检疫监管工作提供参考。

This paper specified the legitimate basis of enforcement like administrative penalty,including social credibility system and disposal of prohibited products during the quarantine supervision of goods imported by post. We analyzed the current problems,discussed the legitimacy and proposed suggestions on the regulation of law-enforcement,aiming at providing reference for quarantine and supervision.
