文章以改造型民宿为研究对象,探索民宅在改造后旧宅与新建部分所呈现的不同关系,从而总结出以"逐新""并置""存旧"为方向的三种旧宅更新策略。文末则以民宿外部形象与内部空间布局为切入点,总结旧宅更新过程中应遵循的两大原则——风貌保护原则与功能置换原则,以期为后续的改造型民宿设计实践提供参考。

Based on modified type of home stay facility, explore the old part in modified curtilage presented different relationship with new part, which summarizes in pursuit of ＂To New＂, ＂And＂, ＂To Old＂ as the direction of the three kinds of curtilage update policy. At the end of the article with the home stay facility external image and internal space layout as the breakthrough point, summarizes the curtilage updates that should be followed in two principles——principle of landscape protection and principle of functional replacement, so as to provide a reference for subsequent transformation type of home stay facility design practice.
