徽州明清民居“活态化”传承保护研究

Research on the Inheritance and Protection of the Livelihood of Folk Houses in Huizhou in the Ming and Qing Dynasties

徽州明清民居作为中国优秀地域建筑代表之一,越来越受到人们的重视。然而,由于时代变迁,徽州明清民居的传承保护面临重重困难。如何对其进行系统、科学、可持续地保护和传承是关键所在。通过访谈和实地调研,文章探究了徽州明清民居特点及传承中的问题,并由此展开对徽州明清民居传承保护模式的研究,提出应由政府、学校、企业、民众组成"活态化"的系统传承保护体系。

Residences descended from Ming and Qing Dynasty in ancient Huizhou District is gaining increasing attention, standing as the outstanding regional architecture of China. However, as the society advances, they are faced with difficulties in their inheritance and protection, and the key lies in how to do it in a systematic, scientific and sustainable way. The traits and problems in inheritance f the Residences are explored by means of interview and on-the-spot investigation, through which the protect-and-utilize protection model is studied to which the government, institutions, enterprises and the folks contribute.
