摘要
发展全科医学是我国医疗卫生事业改革的重要部分,但目前我国尚未形成健全的全科医学体系,因此对于我国全科医生发展现状的分析研究有着重要意义。本文将从我国医疗卫生事业发展现况出发,探讨建立全科医生制度的重要性,通过分析我国全科医生的培养现状,发现现有培养模式中的问题,并结合国内外优秀经验提出解决问题的方法。
The development of general medicine is an important part of China＇ s medical and health care reform. However, at present, China has not yet formed a sound general medicine system. Therefore, it is of great significance for the analysis and research of the status quo of genera/practitioners in China. This article will proceed from the current situation of the development of China＇ s medical and health services, explore the importance of establishing a general practitioner system,analyze the current situation of the cultivation of general practitioners in China, identify problems in the existing training mode, and combine domestic and foreign outstanding experience to solve problems.
