摘要 目的:了解成人教育护生的科研态度、能力及从事科研的主要困难。方法:自行设计问卷,调查杭州市某校2013-2015学年成教护生的科研能力。结果:护生科研能力量表总分(9.28±7.17)分,学员认为从事科研的最大障碍是缺乏科研的时间,其在科研设计和统计分析的能力较差。不同医院层次护生的科研态度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:成教护生自我报告护理科研能力整体水平不高,应采用多元化教育模式,促进主人翁科研意识的形成并不断进行科研创新。 Objective:To understand the scientific research attitudes, abilities of adult nursing students and the major difficulties involved in scientific research. Methods Questionnaires were designed to investigate the scientific research ability of adult education students in a school in Hangzhou from 2013 to 2015. Results: The total score of the scientific research ability scale of nursing students was ( 9.28 ± 7.17) points. The participants believed that the biggest obstacle in scientific research was the lack of scientific research time, and their ability in scientific research design and statistical analysis was poor. The research attitudes of nursing students at different hospital levels were statistically different ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The overall level of self-reporting nursing research capability of adult education students is not high, and a diversified education model should be used to promote the formation of master scientific awareness and continuous innovation in research.
