摘要 目的:探讨"虚拟医院"教学系统对高职护生临床评判性思维能力的影响。方法:整群随机抽样选取16级4个班护生,分为对照组和实验组,前者采用传统教学方法,后者加入"虚拟医院"教学软件应用,于干预前后进行评判性思维能力测评。结果:干预后护生的评判性思维能力总分,寻求真相、分析能力、自信心、求知欲方面得分明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:"虚拟医院"教学系统其丰富的教学资源满足护生各种操作技术、案例分析、疾病护理等学习需求,有助于护生临床思维和临床护理能力以及独立工作的能力的培养。 Objective To explore the effect of "virtual hospital" teaching system on clinical critical thinking ability of vocational nursing students. Methods Cluster random sampling was used to select 16 classes and 4 nursing students, which were divided into control group and intervention group. The former used traditional teaching methods and the latter joined the application of "virtual hospital" teaching software. Before and after the intervention, the evaluation of critical thinking ability was performed. Results After the intervention, the scores of critical thinking ability of nursing students were significantly improved in the search for truth, analytical ability, self-confidence, and curiosity ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The rich teaching resources of the "virtual hospital" teaching system meet the learning needs of nursing students in various operating techniques, case studies,and disease nursing, and is helpful for nursing students' clinical thinking, clinical nursing ability and the ability to work independently.
