超小剂量地西他滨治疗慢性粒单核细胞白血病1例

A case of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia treated with ultra low dose of decitabine

1病例资料患者,女,73岁,2016年8月无明显诱因下出现头晕乏力、纳差,时有中上腹不适,伴有呕吐胃内容物,反酸,入住我院消化科。入院体检：全身皮肤黏膜无黄染、无出血点,浅表淋巴结未及肿大,胸骨无压痛,心肺无异常,肝脾肋下未及。8月26日查血常规提示：白细胞6.2×109/L,单核细胞1.0×109/L,红细胞2.95×1012/L,血红蛋白94g/L,血小板132×109/L。

This article introduced a case of old woman with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia treated by decitabine regimen（10 mg,d1 to d3）per course every two weeks.After four courses of treatment,the patient achieved complete remission.Then we summarized the successful experience.
