摘要
基于0.18μm 1P3M 45V BCD工艺设计实现了一款用于电表系统的异步BUCK DC-DC芯片。介绍了电表应用系统中BUCK DC-DC的应用环境,设计了CCM电流模式PWM调制方式的控制环路结构,对DC-DC系统参数的折中进行了分析,并用Matlab工具建模进行验证。设计了ESD保护方案,给出了封装方案。经流片验证,测试结果显示,芯片的功能和性能指标达到设计要求。
Based on 0.18 um 1P3M 45V BCD process, an asynchronous BUCK DC-DC IC has been designed, used in power meter system. The application environment of BUCK DC-DC in the power meter system is introduced. The control loop structure of the CCM current mode PWM modulation is designed. The trade-off of DC-DC system spec.is analyzed, and then verified by Matlab. Also the ESD protect solution is proposed. The chip package solution is given. With silicon verification, the test results show that the function and performance of the chip achieve the design requirements.
