心肌梗死中lncRNAs、mRNAs基因表达谱分析

摘要 急性心肌梗塞(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是全球范围内致死和致残的主要疾病之一。基于生物信息学方法,通过对获得的心肌梗死lncRNA和mRNA表达谱数据进行分析,建立lncRNA-mRNA网络,通过模块挖掘获得5个功能显著性模块,研究在心肌梗死中lncRNAs-mRNAs的调控机制。其中lncRNA H19在所构建的lncRNA-mRNA网络中度数较大,并且有研究证实H19可以作为治疗心肌梗死的新靶点。本文对心肌梗死基因表达谱进行分析,旨在探索心肌梗死发生发展过程中lncRNA与其靶基因的关系和调控作用机制。 Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. Based on bioinformatics methods, we analyzed the lncRNAs and mRNAs of myocardial infarction(MI) expression profiles and constructed the network of lncRNAs-mRNAs, and then we obtained the five significantly function modules by network mining to research the lncRNAs-mRNAs of regulatory mechanism in MI. The H19 had a large number of degree in lncRNA-mRNA network, and there were studies confirmed that H19 could be a new target for MI. By analyzing the gene expression profile of MI, the paper aimed to study the relationship of lncRNAs and its target coding genes and regulation mechanism of them in the development of MI.
