摘要 实验动物是进行科研试验必不可少的有力工具,普通环境中繁殖和饲养的动物,往往都携带各种病原微生物和寄生虫,SPF级别的动物包括一些转基因小鼠在内的实验动物在遗传选择繁殖以及后续的运输过程中,每次操作都有接触环境中一些病原微生物的几率,会导致这些微生物在实验动物中增殖,严重影响实验结果的可靠性。对实验动物进行微生物的净化是保证实验动物各种遗传背景又不影响科学实验的行之有效的方法。本文将从两个方面进行介绍,分别是微生物净化的理论及技术基础和实验动物微生物净化的案例分析。 Laboratory animals are necessary and powerful tools for conducting scientific experiments. The animals bred and raised in common environments often carry various pathogenic microorganisms and parasites with them.For the animals of SPF level,includingthe transgenic mice and some otherlaboratory animals,in the process of genetic selective breeding and subsequent transportation,each operation has the possibility to contact some pathogenic microorganisms in the environment,which may lead to the proliferation of these microorganisms in experimental animals and seriously affect the reliability of the experimental results.Therefore, purification of microbial contaminationin laboratory animals becomes an effective method to ensure the diverse genetic backgrounds of laboratory animals while not affectthe scientific experiments.This article will start the introduction from two aspects, including the theory and technical basis of microbial purification and the case analysis of microbial purification inlaboratory animals.
