广西柳州市艾滋孤儿的社会支持状况探析

Analysis of the Social Support Status of AIDS Orphans in Liuzhou City Guangxi

目的分析艾滋孤儿的社会支持状况。方法应用简单随机抽样的方法于2013至2014年对柳州市252名6-18岁艾滋孤儿以及299名监护人进行问卷调查。结果艾滋孤儿的家庭主要收入大部分以工资收入为主,且支付日常开支情况不容乐观;大部分的艾滋孤儿都在上学,学杂费减免情况较好;社区支持情况良好,艾滋孤儿的社会压力不大;艾滋孤儿生活的主要经济来源为父/母。结论艾滋孤儿在家庭、学校、社区、社会、政府等方面的社会支持状况都还不够。需要建立起艾滋病孤儿的社会支持体系,从而为他们创造一个尽可能正常的社会化成长环境。

Objective To analyze the social support status of AIDS orphans. Methods A total of 252 AIDS orphans and 299 guardians in Liuzhou were investigated by a simple random sampling method in 2013-2014 years. Results The main income of the families of AIDS orphans was mostly wage income, and the payment of daily expenses is not optimistic; Most of the AIDS orphans are in school, and the learning of miscellaneous fees and exemptions is better; Community support is good, and AIDS orphans have little social pressure; The main economic source of the living of AIDS orphans is the father or mother. Conclusion The status of AIDS orphans in family, school, community, society, government and other aspects of social support is not enough. It is necessary to establish a social support system for AIDS orphans so as to create a socialized environment for them to be as normal as possible.
