中山市城乡规划公众参与探索——以控制性详细规划编制为例

Public Participation of Urban and Rural Planning in Zhongshan——Take Regulatory Detailed Planning as an Example

城乡规划是城市治理的重要政策手段,开放创新的城市治理需要公众的积极参与。论文基于中山市的实际情况,以控制性详细规划编制(修编)为例,从城乡规划公众参与的主体、程序和内容入手,结合案例分析了中山市城乡规划公众参与的现状及存在问题,进而提出相应的改善建议。

Urban and rural planning is an important policy measure of urban governance. Open and innovative urban governance needs the public＇s active participation. In this paper, based on the actual situation of Zhongshan City, in order to control regulatory planning（revision） as an example, starting from the main body, the public participation in urban and rural planning program and content, analyzes the present situation of public participation in urban planning of Zhongshan city and the existing problems, then put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
