摘要
介绍了ATB-30的结构特点,基于某高速公路建设工程对其进行实际应用研究,从优选原材料、设计级配与严控施工工艺入手,控制ATB下面层的施工质量,通过检测其压实度与空隙率评价其施工质量。结果表明:采用合格的原材料与严格控制施工工艺可以提高ATB-30下面层施工质量,对我国高速公路建设具有积极意义。
For ATB-30 structure layer under the highway application research, this paper aimed at the ATB-30 structure characteristic profile, and then based on a highway construction project on the practical application of research, from the selection of raw material, grading design and strict controls of construction technology, and control the construction quality of ATB layer below, at last, by testing the degree of compaction and the void fraction is used to evaluate the quality of its construction, the results show that the qualified raw materials and strict control of construction technology can improve the quality of ATB-30 below layer construction, highway construction has positive significance to our country.
