摘要
通过分析现阶段施工企业在工程结算时存在的问题,提出了针对性的管理措施,防范因过程管理不到位,造成结算时纠纷的产生。施工企业通过提高防范风险意识,强化全过程造价管理,以确保项目经济效益目标。
This paper analyzes the existing problems of construction enterprises in the settlement of the project, puts forward the targeted management measures, and the prevention of the process management is not in place, resulting in the settlement of disputes. The construction enterprise can only strengthen the awareness of risk prevention, strengthen the whole process cost management, to ensure the project economic benefit target.
