摘要
镍高温合金因其抗氧化抗腐蚀能力,在高温合金领域中占有及其重要的地位.通过在合金表面添加防护涂层,不仅能够提升其抗腐蚀能力,还能够保证其力学性能不发生改变.通过合金表面两步法渗钴铝层的制备,以及对渗层结构和渗层的XRD、EDS分析,得出Co在涂层中的作用以及对渗层抗氧化性能的影响.
Nickel base superalloy occupies an important position in the field of the whole superalloy due to its anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. They are also called the heart of the engine. The protective coating is applied to the surface of the alloy to improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy and keep the mechanical properties of the alloy at the same time. The effect of Co on the coating and its effect on the properties of the infiltrated layer were obtained through the preparation of the two step cobalt aluminized layer on the alloy surface and the analysis of the structure and phase composition of the infiltrated layer.
