老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者配合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗效果观察

Efficacy observation of the combination of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic gastritis and depression

目的:探讨老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者配合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗效果。方法:选取192例老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(96例)与对照组(96例),所有患者均予以常规抗幽门螺杆菌药物、抑酸药物、促动力药及胃黏膜保护剂治疗,观察组在此基础上给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗后比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为89.58%,高于对照组的78.13%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前SDS与PSGI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的SDS评分(30.5±2.5)分与PSGI评分(8.5±1.4)分皆低于对照组的(46.1±2.9)分与(11.4±1.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:配合给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗老年慢性胃炎伴抑郁患者,可以有效控制抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量,改善临床症状,具有更好的临床疗效,有利于患者的健康恢复。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of the combination of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic gastritis and depression. Methods： 192 elderly patients with chronic gastritis and depression were selected and randomly divided into observation group（ n = 96） and control group（ n = 96）. All patients were treated with routine anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs, acid suppressants,prokinetic drugs and gastric mucosal protectants. On this basis,the observation group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets. Efficacy between the two groups were compared after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58% higher than 78.13% of the control group with the statistical significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in SDS and PSGI scores between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the SDS scores and the PSGI scores of the observation group were（ 30.5±2.5） and（ 8.5 ±1.4）,lower than（ 46.1±2.9）and（ 11.4±1.7） of the control group with the statistical significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic gastritis and depression can effectively control depression,improve sleep quality and clinical symptoms. It has a better clinical effect and is more beneficial to the recovery of the patients.
