氯雷他定联合糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂对小儿变应性鼻炎治疗效果及炎症因子水平影响观察

Therapeutic effect of Loratadine combined with glucocorticoid nasal spray on allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on inflammatory factors

目的:探讨氯雷他定联合糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:将变应性鼻炎60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组单独口服氯雷他定片,观察组在此基础上加用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后炎症因子水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-17、IL-33水平均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但观察组改善程度更显著于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组出现鼻腔干燥2例(6.67%),对照组出现口干1例(3.33%),两组药物不良反应发生率比较P>0.05。结论:氯雷他定联合糖皮质激素鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿变应性鼻炎可有效降低各种炎症因子水平,提高疗效,且不增加药物不良反应。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Loratadine combined with glucocorticoid nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods： 60 case of allergic rhinitis were selected and randomly divided them into control group and observation group,each group contained 30 cases. The control group was treated with Loratadine alone,and the observation group was treated with Loratadine and Budesonide nasal spray. The difference of efficacy and inflammatory factors changes between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-17 and IL-33 in the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0.05）. The improvement of the observation group was more significant than the control group（ P〈0.05）. During the treatment,there were 2 cases（ 6. 67%） of nasal dryness in theobservation group and 1 case（ 3.33%） of mouth dry in the control group. The incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was no difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Loratadine combined with glucocorticoid nasal spray treatment of children with allergic rhinitis effectively reduce the level of various inflammatory factors,improve efficacy,and does not increase the adverse drug reactions.
