鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗腺样体肥大疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy

目的:探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法:选择腺样体肥大患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组45例采用鼻内镜下腺样体切除术治疗,对照组45例采用常规腺样体刮除术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率、术后6个月鼻咽部最小横截面积均较对照组高,术中出血量、手术时间及术后并发症总发生率均较对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :鼻内镜下腺样体切除术可提高腺样体肥大治疗效果,创伤小,术后并发症少,安全性较高。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy. Methods： 90 patients with adenoid hypertrophy admitted were selected and divided into two groups according to the random digital table method. 45 cases in the observation group were treated by adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope,while 45 cases in the control group were treated by routine adenoidectomy. The clinical efficacy,operative related indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate and the minimum transverse area of nasopharynx in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The intraoperative blood loss,operative time and postoperative complication rate were all lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope can improve the effect of adenoid hypertrophy, small traumatic, less postoperative complications and high safety.
